State of the Credit Union
Dear Valued Member,

As you know, we don't experience the same fall season in Florida as our friends do in the north. Instead of enjoying crunchy leaves, pumpkin spice lattes, and a crisp, autumn breeze, we know that September is the height of the hurricane season here in the south. As I write this letter, Hurricane Dorian is approaching Florida. We know that this storm will impact the entire state in some way. Regardless of where Dorian lands, we can expect adverse weather for the First Coast, including heavy winds, rain, and possible flooding.

I encourage you to stay connected with us. Before the storm hits, it is important that we have your most up-to-date contact information on file. Please give us a call at 904.354.8537 to verify this. It's also important that you can access your banking information digitally. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to enroll in Online Banking and download our Community First app for Apple or Android.

Hurricane Dorian Updates

As Hurricane Dorian approaches Florida, we will post frequent updates related to the storm on our website here. Please check this page often to learn about possible branch closures, weather updates, and tips for how you can stay safe.

I'll be keeping all of you in my thoughts as the storm passes. Take care of your family, friends, and pets. We have overcome the effects of hurricane season before, and we will again. Know that we will be with you every step of the way, including after the storm. Just as we did with Irma, we will be ready to assist members with hurricane recovery programs. Stay tuned to our website for more information about that as we assess the needs for our members. We hope these resources give you just one more reason to Love Where You Bank. Stay safe, everyone. â–
