Here's what you Need to know
We are excited to announce that on August 26th we will be enhancing Community First’s Info24, your telephone teller system. You can still enjoy all the current features plus new, easy-to-use menus, speech recognition, and much more!
Our upgraded Telephone Banking system will make managing your finances easier and more convenient. Check the balances and history on all of your accounts, make loan payments or funds transfers, place stop payments, and more!
To use enhanced Info24, you’ll need:
Your existing four-digit Access Code
Your Community First account number

Checking your account just got a whole lot easier. With the latest updates to Info24, you’ll enjoy a smoother, more convenient experience, including access to the following features:
Account Balances
This option is used to obtain your account balance information.
Account History
This option is used to access your account history information.
Funds Transfer Activities
This option would allow you to transfer funds between Community First accounts.
Stop Payments
This option would allow you to complete a stop payment on a single check or series of checks.
Change Access Code
This option guides you on how to change your Info24 access code.

What is happening and when?
Coming soon, Info24 is getting a new modern upgrade that is designed to make checking your account smarter and simpler.
Will I need to set up a new access code?
No. Your current access code will migrate to the upgraded platform.
Is there an expert mode?
No. The Info24 upgrade has one mode only, built to streamline the process for everyone.
Will the phone number change?
You can continue to use Info24at the currentnumber of 904.371.8000.
Who do I contact if I have issues?
If you have problems accessing or using Info24, please call us at 1-800-342-8416.
Can I make speech recognition my default option when calling?
While speech recognition cannot be set as the default, you can enable it at any time during your call by pressing 8*.
