Here's what you Need to know

We are excited to announce that coming soon we will be enhancing Community First’s Info24, your telephone teller system. You can still enjoy all the current features plus new, easy-to-use menus, speech recognition, and much more! 

Our upgraded Telephone Banking system will make managing your finances easier and more convenient. Check the balances and history on all of your accounts, make loan payments or funds transfers, place stop payments, and more!

To use enhanced Info24, you’ll need:

  • Your existing four-digit Access Code
  • Your Community First account number

Checking your account just got a whole lot easier. With the latest updates to Info24, you’ll enjoy a smoother, more convenient experience, including access to the following features:

This option is used to obtain your account balance information.

This option would allow you to transfer funds between Community First accounts.

This option would allow you to complete a stop payment on a single check or series of checks.

What is happening and when?

Coming soon, Info24 is getting a new modern upgrade that is designed to make checking your account smarter and simpler.

Will I need to set up a new access code?

No. Your current access code will migrate to the upgraded platform.

Is there an expert mode?

No. The Info24 upgrade has one mode only, built to streamline the process for everyone.

Will the phone number change?

No. The Info24 number will not change – 904.371.8000, then enter Option 1 to access Info24, then enter your Member Number when prompted, which is your Account Number.
